This world time zone map comes from the U.S. Navy website. It shows zones corrected to September 2010 boundaries and are approximate. Daylight Saving Time (summer time), usually one hour in advance of Standard Time, is kept in some places.

Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
