AMP20160
high power solid state power amplifier (SSHPA) is ideal for broadband EMI-Lab,
communications, and EW applications. Class A/AB linear design accommodates all
modulations & industry standards. It covers 1.0 to 6.0 GHz, producing 750 W
minimum, with a 400 W P1dB and 58 dB minimum gain. Excellent flatness, optional
monitoring parameters for forward/reflected power, VSWR, voltage, current &
temperature sensing for superb reliability and ruggedness. Integrated in a 13U chassis weighing approximately
100 kg (w/o rack).
