Engineering Career and Job Hunting Advice for January 2017 - RF CafeIf one of your New Years' resolutions was to finally, seriously look for a new job, now is the time to start. There is reason to hope that this year will be the beginning of a new era of manufacturing in America, so there should be a wave of openings for manufacturing, test, and quality control engineering specialists. Not that doing the design and R&D work isn't important and exciting, but there is a lot of satisfaction to be had in being part of the system that ships products out the door and into the consumer public. It is a great feeling to know something you had a part in producing is being used by people locally or globally. Lots of advice is available on the Internet, so here are a few I found that look useful.
