Ohms is a regular feature of Design News that presents submissions from
readers about troubleshooting challenges and how they were solved.
The Case of the Seasonal Computer Crash is a bit hard to believe,
but back in the early days of PCs, the equipment was pretty vulnerable.
Not much thought was give to power line conditioning.
