 TA1056 - 20 to 1,000 MHz 40 W Power Amplifier
 January 18, 2018: Triad RF has introduced the
TA1056, a compact and powerful broadband power amplifier designed
for use with JTRS Military Radio Communications, as well as any other applications that
require operation over a broad spectrum. This amplifier boasts 40 W of output power
for long range communication capability.
 This class AB GaN module is designed for both military and commercial applications.
It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not
limited to 3 - 4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies
and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity
in a small, lightweight package.
Features: Over / under / reverse voltage protection, High speed on / off control,
Temperature output, Optional heatsink.
