Empower RF Systems Intros 500-2500 MHz, 100 Watt Rugged SSPA Module

Model 1179 from Empower RF Systems is a recent addition to
the company’s portfolio of building block designs incorporating the latest GaN device technologies and control
functionality.
The module delivers 100W PSat over 500 to 2500 MHz at typical efficiencies of 45%. The new smaller
size (8" x 4" x 1") allows for easy integration in compact system designs.
The building block module is well suited for use in defense, communications, and test applications.
