problem with CC2500 RF (chipcon) - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

Hello. I program PIC18f2520 for the work with RF CC2500. when chip it works only on the receive or only to the transfer of errors it does not appear. But when I switch CC2500 from the transfer to the receive, it
nothing assumes.

I have problem with CC2500 in RX module (TX module is fine).

I don't get any bytes in RX BUFFER, bat RSSI is Ok when TX module is working (BUFFER have 16 bytes before STX on and is always empty when STX is on).

I use the PIC16F648A and a LCD for tests.

I believe that the problem are us register but I do not be sure (bat I don't know the right values)

Someone has some idea for this problem?

Thanks (my english is very poor).
