Lots of cities have forseeable threats. Earthquake,
flood, hurricane, terrorist attack, etc.
Does YOUR local government have a good plan? Or
is it something totally idiotic like to pack everyone
into an unventilated stadium in the middle of the
destruction without any food, water, or sanitation?
Make sure that your politicians have spent more
than 10 minutes working on YOUR disaster plan!

I think my community has a plan that involves putting
one's head between one's legs and puckering up!
