Oak Ridge Nat'l Labs Looking for SDR Designer - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

Greetings:

The world renown Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is in search of an engineer for their software defined radio (SDR) program.

The ORNL RF and Microwave Systems Group in the Engineering Science and Technology Division (ESTD) seeks to hire a software-defined radio (SDR) engineer for the creation, design, and development of a broad spectrum of SDR systems, i.e., RF and microwave radio systems that are software programmable, in support of ORNL’s Cognitive Radio Program. The candidate will join a team of researchers actively working on SDR and cognitive radio technologies.

Please take a moment to read through the description to see if it is something either you or a friend might be interested in pursuing.

Take care.
