I've got a great idea...
(IMHO)How about if engineers at companies
let the rest of us know about openings at your companies
that may or may not be publically posted?
That way you have the opportunity to have your
workload decreased while some of us have the opportunity
to have our workloads increased (from unemployment
to full employment). Seriously, you can post
anonymously here or on other engineering forums.
You might at least give us your company name so
we can look up posted jobs on your company's website.
Maybe someday we'll return the favor.
