I have to
design a digital prescaler at 10 GHz on ADS with a HBT. If some one
has the experience in making the prescaler, Please help me. If any body

Hi!
You might want to look at the data sheets for prescalers
in the GHz region from companies that make them - you'll get some good
ideas.
Have you done prescalers in HBT technology before - or
any?
