We are trying to locate a method to get us a durable,
repeatable, non-destructive connection interface between a flat-pack
RF hybrid and a 50-ohm analyzer input. In the end-use application, the
device would be soldered in place, but that is not possible to do in
a manufacturing test environment.

Design a test fixture
which merely clamps the part down to a test board. Tou can use a a piece
of plastic with alignment holes which slips over the part to align the
pins onto the traces.
