have anyone idea regd. noise analysis
in AWR Microwaveoffice ?
I mean to say which type of noises it
takes into account for MOSFETs ??

You can consider Flicker noise (1/f).

Noise sources are part of the MOSFET
model that you use to simulate your device behavior. Flicker noise is
being used in many models available by the manufacturers, while other
sources are not so commonly used. Of course that If you have a model,
which provides more than flicker noise then it is the best!
