Multiple resonator filter by Chris Bowick - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

I own "RF Circuit Design" by Chris Bowick. Publish on 1997. On chapter 2, page38. The author mention that the multiple resonator filter is covered in chapter 3. But I can't find it.

Does anyone know how to design the multiple resonator filter? Any books or source form web pages are welcome. I need to learn more on the multiple resonator design.
