I am trying to
find the dates when each subsequent smaller size of a particular component
was first released. I want this information to plot the progress of
component miniaturisation over time. In particular I need release dates
for...
1206, 0805, 0603, 0402, 0201, 01005......
I would
like these dates for each type of component (Resistor, Capacitor, Inductor)
ideally from the same manufacturer for consistency.
Any suggestions
where I might get this information?
