It utilizes GaN devices for high efficiency while maintaining 30 dB ACPR with a COFDM video signal. The unit can be operated from a 9-36 VDC supply voltage range.

This class AB GaN module is designed for both military and commercial applications. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package.
