SigaTek Announces New 90° and 180° Hybrids

Octave and Multi Octave Band Hybrids
Covering Frequencies 0.5 – 18 GHz |
SigaTek microwave introduces a new family of octave and multi octave band 90 ,
180 degree 3 dB hybrids, 3 dB power dividers, 3 dB couplers. These devices exhibit 90 or 180 degree phase in
different bands covering a wide range of frequencies from 0.5 to 18 GHz. They feature low loss, high isolation
and excellent return loss making them unique in dividing or combining RF signals.

 Model
SQ16506 is a multioctave band 90 degree hybrid coupler that covers the frequency range of 4 - 18 GHz. Is
housed in a small housing using SMA female connectors. It features coupling of 3.6±0.8 dB with amplitude
balance of ±0.8 dB. Isolation is 15 dB with phase 90±8 degree and VSWR is 1.50:1. Maximum input power is 100
watt.

 Model
SH14554 is a 3 dB hybrid coupler 180 degree covering the frequency range of 4 - 18 GHz. This multisection
design features coupling of 3.2 ±0.8 dB and amplitude balance of ±0.6 dB. Power handling is 20 watt. Isolation
is 16 dB and VSWR is 1.60:1. Phase balance is 180±10 degree. Connectors are SMA female.
