RF Modeling/Measurement Position in Tampa - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

MODELITHICS, INC., a young and visionary company that provides “best-in-class” Radio Frequency and Microwave (RF/MW) measurements and electronic design automation (EDA) software models, has an opening for an electrical engineer. Modelithics produces measurement data sets and software models for RF/MW components, subsystems, and system blocks, such as: semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, discrete and monolithic inductors, capacitors, resistors, amplifiers, mixers, and filters.

A minimum degree of BSEE or MSEE (preferred) is necessary along with significant experience with RF/Microwave measurements and model extractions for bipolar and field-effect transistors, such as HBTs, HEMTs, MOSFETs, etc. and familiarity with model extraction software like Agilent ICCAP. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in RF and microwave engineering. U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency preferred. The Engineer will report to the Vice President of Engineering, Other desired qualifications excellent verbal and written communications skills, and proficiency in a variety of computer programs, including microwave EDA software.
