Stupid Question - RF Cafe Forums

The original RF Cafe Forums were shut down in late 2012 due to maintenance issues - primarily having to spend time purging garbage posts from the board. At some point I might start the RF Cafe Forums again if the phpBB software gets better at filtering spam.

Below are the old forum threads, including responses to the original posts.

-- Amateur Radio
-- Anecdotes, Gripes & Humor
-- Antennas
-- CAE, CAD, & Software
-- Circuits & Components
-- Employment & Interviews
-- Miscellany
-- Swap Shop
-- Systems
-- Test & Measurement

Hey everyone... how do I search for more than one word in other posts, so that it returns only posts with those two words?

Greetings Gentumemimb:

Your question is far from dumb. I take responsibility for the Search function not working properly. When I upgraded the forums to PHPBB3, I never re-ran the search index function on the database, so only words from posts beginning in February were included in the index.

You should be able to do a successful search now. Just type in the words you want to find.

Example: amplifier filter

That will get you all the pages on which both amplifier and filter appear.

I apologize for the oversight.
