BeRex BSW7221

BeRex Intros BSW7221 Fast Switching, High Isolation, Reflective SPDT Switch for Wi-Fi, CATV, IoT and 5G Applications - RF CafeSanta Clara, California, February 19, 2018 - BeRex continues to expand its family of RF switches by announcing the availability of the BSW7221, a high isolation, SPDT RF switch with high linearity, low insertion loss, and a very fast, 90 to 135 ns, switching time making it ideal for demanding wireless switching applications such as Wi-Fi, CATV IoT and 5G applications.

BeRex BSW7221 block diagram - RF CafeUsing a single 2.7 to 3.6 V supply voltage, the BSW7221 switch provides a wide 1 to 6000 MHz frequency range when used in either 50 Ohm or 75 Ohm impedance terminated systems. Its low insertion loss of 0.49 dB and high isolation of 43 dB at 2.45 GHz; together with a linearity of 65 dBm make the BSW7221 the best choice for 802.11 Wi-Fi, DOCIS 3.1 CATV, NFC, IoT and 5G wireless applications.

The BSW7221 is available in a 6-lead, 1.5mm x 1.5mm UDFN package, has an ESD rating of 2000 V (HBM) and requires no external DC blocking capacitors.
