TA1063 is designed for broadcast / ENG applications but is also used in any industry
requiring linear power output in the 6.4-8.5 GHz band. It is available in a compact package and accepts
a supply input range of 9-36VDC.
This class AB GaN module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable
of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN,
OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high
