RFMW, Ltd. and Aeroflex / Metelics Announce Americas
and EMEA Distribution Agreement

San Jose, CA and Sunnyvale, California, – June 13, 2012 – RFMW, Ltd and Aeroflex / Metelics, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Aeroflex Holding Corp. (NYSE:ARX), today announced a distribution agreement effective June 5, 2012
covering Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) along with the Americas. Aeroflex / Metelics is a leading
manufacturer of high performance microwave diodes and passive semiconductor devices. RFMW Ltd. is a specialized
distributor providing customers and suppliers with focused distribution of RF and microwave components as well as
specialized component-engineering support.
According to the agreement, RFMW will distribute Aeroflex /
Metelics broad portfolio of RF and Microwave Products including high power PIN based switches, GaAs Schottky and
varactor diodes, MELF diodes, PIN switch elements, silicon diodes and passive semiconductor products.
