M/A-COM Technology Solutions Introduces Packaged
Power Amplifier Product Line for Point-to-Point Radio

MA, October 13, 2010 – M/A-COM Technology Solutions Inc. (M/A-COM Tech) introduced today a family of
power amplifiers offered in standard surface mount (SMD) packages that are easy to implement and handle in volume
applications. This line of power amplifiers features high gain and linearity, making them ideal for wireless
communications applications such as point-to-point (PtP) radio and satellite communications. Many of the devices
also offer gain control and integrated temperature compensated on-chip detectors. The table below outlines
