Electro-Photonics Now U.S. Distributor for Allstron

28, 2010 - Electro-Photonics LLC announces it has been appointed a US distributor for Allstron probing products
and services.
ALLSTRON specializes in the design and manufacture of Microwave/RF probes from DC to
110GHz. In addition, Allstron offers customized test systems for research and production
applications.
Our unique probe construction offers superior durability and ease of handling in all on-wafer
measurements requiring excellent electrical performance, high mechanical endurance, and
repeatability.
Allstron’s RF probes are available from DC-110GHz.
