Skyworks Unveils Schottky Detector Diode for Handset, WLAN, CATV Satcom, Land Mobile Radio, Infrastructure and Military

15, 2010 - Skyworks Solutions, Inc. has introduced a new miniature 0402 Schottky detector diode for handset, WLAN,
CATV Satcom, land mobile radio, infrastructure and military applications. Its small, low profile, plastic surface
mount technology (SMT) packaging is ideal for sensitive detector, sampling and mixer circuits. Skyworks’ new general
market diode is designed for high volume commercial and industrial OEMs, ODMs and contract manufacturers.
