Advanced Test Equipment Press Release - December 15, 2009

Fluke 1735 3-Ø  Power Logger Now Available at Advanced Test Equipment Rentals

ATER logo

Fluke 1735 from Advanced Test Equipment RentalsSAN DIEGO, Calif. – December 15, 2009 – The Fluke 1735 Three-Phase Power Logger is the ideal electrician or technician’s tool for conducting energy studies and basic power logging. Set up in seconds, with the included flexible current probes and color display. The 1735 logs most electrical power parameters, harmonics and captures voltage events.

Designed to measure the most critical three-phase power parameters, the 1735 can log rms voltage/current, phase angle, voltage events, voltage and current THD, voltage and current harmonics up to the 50th, active/reactive power, active/reactive energy and more. With memory for up to 45 days of data, the 1735 can uncover intermittent or hard to find issues.

The Fluke 1735 power logger can be used for the following applications: monitors maximum power demand over user-defined averaging periods, proves the benefit of efficiency improvements with energy consumption tests, measures harmonic distortion caused by electronic loads and improves reliability by capturing voltage dips and swells from load switching.

For further instructions on how to use the Fluke 1735, please visit the media section of Advanced Test Equipment Rentals’ News Room and view our Fluke 1735 ‘How-to-Video’.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling 2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got Mail" when a new message arrived...
