Conrad Gagnon Appointed Chief Financial Officer of M/A-COM Technology Solutions, Inc.
 Lowell,
Massachusetts -- Thursday, June 4, 2009 -- M/A-COM Technology Solutions recently announced the
appointment of Conrad Gagnon to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gagnon has been with the company for more than 25
years and has served in a number of leadership roles in finance, sales and marketing, acquisitions, new ventures
and portfolio management.
"Conrad has done an outstanding job for us during his many years with the
company," says Joseph Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, M/A-COM Technology Solutions. "He has played a pivotal role
in shaping our finance organization and contributing to our strategic planning efforts."
Prior to joining
the company, Mr. Gagnon was Cost and Budget Manager at Ingersoll-Rand.
Mr. Gaganon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science, Magna Cum Laude, received in
1976 from Boston College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

RF Cafe began life in 1996 as "RF Tools" in an AOL screen name web space totaling
2 MB. Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed
formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit
design engineer. The World Wide Web (Internet) was largely an unknown entity at
the time and bandwidth was a scarce commodity. Dial-up modems blazed along at 14.4 kbps
while tying up your telephone line, and a nice lady's voice announced "You've Got
Mail" when a new message arrived...
