Stealth Microwave Introduces the SM4450-43L a GaAsFET Amplifier
¬20W, 4.4-5.0 GHz Ultra Linear RF Amplifier
Stealth Microwave introduces the SM4450-43L a GaAsFET amplifier designed for various military and commercial applications demanding high performance. The unit operates from 4.4 to 5.0 GHz with a P1dB of +43 dBm and OIP³ of +62 dBm. Small signal gain is 55dB with a flatness of ±.5 dB across the band. Standard features include a single +12VDC Supply, Thermal Protection with Auto Reset, and Over/Reverse Voltage Protection. Optional features include TTL On/Off, RF Sampling, and High Speed Switching up to 100 KHz. In module form, the unit measures 7.5 x 3.97 x .79 inches; an integral heatsink is also available.
