Here at RF Cafe, a new course has been charted for the handling of visitor resume postings and employer job postings. Since RF Cafe visitors like yourself are a unique group of people whose interests are generally concentrated in the RF / Microwave/ Wireless engineering realm, I figured it would make sense to create a separate jobs website that caters to you.
RF Cafe product advertisers employ engineers, and the vast majority of the companies listed in the Vendor pages employ engineers, so this venue will hopefully bring those who are looking for jobs into contact with those who are looking to fill jobs in the most efficient manner.

Once your job is posted, I will link to it from the Recent Additions column on the RF Cafe homepage.

Terms & Conditions of Use for RF Cafe Jobs Board

Job Postings: If you would like to have jobs posted, you are offered an opportunity to seek qualified candidates for your organization based on your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Your decision to post jobs on the RF Cafe Job Board implies complete agreement.
- Only jobs for which there are currently available openings may be posted. If a posted job is filled and another like it does not exist, then notice must be given so that it can be removed.
- Only jobs for which you are authorized to represent may be posted.
- Special conditions of employment; e.g., citizenship, academic achievement, level of work experience, willingness to relocate, extensive travel, etc., must be included in the description.
- A point of contact for an authorized agent must be provided for applicants either in the form of an e-mail, or in the form of a hyperlink to a webpage that contains valid contact information.
- RF Cafe reserves the right to refuse offers to post jobs based on what we consider to be inappropriate or irrelevant positions. My mission is to provide a reliable service to the type of clients who typically visit RF Cafe and will maintain an appropriate theme.
- RF Cafe cannot guarantee the results of activity and interactions between job posters and job applicants. Good will is automatically assumed on the part of all parties involved. If either party believes that abuse has been committed, please submit an e-mail describing the situation and we will address it immediately.

- Company HR departments are welcome to post on the Employment Forum at no cost after receiving permission (send me an e-mail).
Resume (CV) Postings: RF Cafe welcomes you to post your resume (CV) on the RF Cafe Employment Forum at no charge. Resumes (CVs) will be accepted under the following conditions to which you agree.
- Content will be published exactly as you enter it into the RF Cafe Resume Forum design screen. You are welcome to use the special formatting features for the PHPBB interface, including adding links to off-site images where appropriate. There are instructions for implementing the special formatting here.
- RF Cafe cannot protect against scumbag software robots or scumbag individuals copying your resume off this website and posting it without permission to another website or database. The following statement is included with each resume that make it a crime to use the content in that manner, but most scumbags are not deterred by it, "This resume is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in any form without the expressed consent of the owner."
- RF Cafe never has and never will distribute your resume for any reason.
- I do not engage in spamming or any other form of unsolicited e-mailing.
- You are responsible for deleting your resume from the RF Cafe Resume Forum when you no longer want it to be posted. There is a good chance that one or more search engines will have picked it up within a few days of being posted, so you will be responsible for submitting delisting requests to those search engines.
