Research on the design of low-voltage low-phase-noise voltage controlled oscillators (VCOs). Designed and fabricated 5-GHz-band LC VCOs in 0.18 µm CMOS processes.

Research on the design of low power digital and analog frequency divider. Designed and fabricated 5-GHz-band frequency divider in

0.25/0.18 µm CMOS processes for PLL applications.

Research on the design of high speed broadband SiGe MMIC design.

Designed and  fabricated 2G-18GHz PIN diode SPST switch, SPDT switch , attenuator and phase shifter in IBM 7HP, Jazz SBC18 and SBCH2 process.

Have a wide knowledge on RF-transceiver system architecture and circuit design including PLL, VCO, Mixer, RF switch and frequency divider

Designed the instruction, data cache and load-store module for 250 MHz RISC CPU.

Physically implemented circuits and analyzed the timing budgets using Synopsys  Synthesis. Pre-layout and post-layout verifications for the RISC CPU chip
