Able to see R & D projects through from beginning to end, analyze data and make the necessary R & D changes. The ability to use network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, and power meters. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to meet deadlines while working under extreme pressure. Technical skills include RF, microwave and digital electronics experience, from passive to active components, trouble shooting to the component level. Frequency range from 10 kHz to 40 GHz. Working with engineers and source inspectors. Assembly skills include soldering, wire bonding surface mounted components and machine shop skills
