Responsible for build, maintenance, and troubleshooting Lucent CDMA PCS base stations. Lucent 5ESS switch form provisioning and system maintenance also part of responsibilities. Anritsu/Bird frequency domain reflectometer sweep tool, T1 wiring and troubleshooting, cell optimization responsibilities included. Senior Systems Analyst (July 1998 – October 2000)
Responsible for development, coding, testing, and implementation of provisioning configuration files within an ITDS(Amdocs) vended C++ based billing support application which provisions subscriber information to Switch elements comprised of Nortel DMS100/250, Motorola Dispatch Application Processor, Glenayre MVP 2120/4240 VMS systems, Aldiscon SMS systems, ADC NewNet SMS systems, and Motorola iHLR systems. All coding performed in a command line environment on HP-UX Unix K Series servers. Some experience with Sun Solaris systems and IBM AIX systems.
Tested and reconfigured provisioning configuration files based on Switch element software upgrades, including Nortel GSM008, GSM010, GSM012, Motorola SR5.0 though SR9.5. All testing in conjunction with Motorola Systems Lab. Provided 24/7 escalation support for all Jr. Analysts and MSO technicians nationwide. Supported all Glenayre MVP installs, software upgrades and migration activities. Created provisioning changes for all new Glenayre features, including international GSM notifications and international roaming.
Developed and coded Ethernet provisioning solution for Nortel DMS100/250 HLR systems, replacing serial 2400 baud connectivity with 38400 Ethernet connectivity. Performed in house at Nextel Communications.
Developed, coded, and tested provisioning configuration files for UPLink and Cisco Secure wireless Internet systems residing on a Sun Solaris 450 server.

Systems Analyst (February 1997 – July 1998)
Tasks included a complete rewrite on generic ITDS TSI/Vision software vendor provisioning configuration files, integrating error correction and increased efficiency, and daily support of 7 provisioning servers Supported all Switch element database migrations and upgrades 24/7. Assisted and supported all ITDS TRIS+ billing system database migrations and upgrades. Created all new feature files within TRIS+ for iDEN handsets such as caller ID, 3 way calling, etc.
Wrote installation/backout Korn shell scripts for ITDS TSI/Vision provisioning system.

Senior Technical Support Representative II (May 1996 – February 1997)
Tasks included trending and reporting of provisioning failures from TRIS/TSI billing system to all MSOs and daily manual correction of subscriber information in all Switch elements. Well versed in command line access to all Switch elements, being Nortel DMS250, Motorola DAP, Glenayre MVP, ADC NewNet SMS, Aldiscon SMS systems.
