Drove response to RFP for Sprint 4G WiMax wireless repeater equipment, for Verizon In Building DAS, and led efforts for first sale of Juni JF-43 Fiber Fed Repeater equipment to Sprint for West Coast deployment in February 2007. Managed strategic participation at 2007 3GSM World Congress Exhibition Barcelona, Spain, organized Juni America’s participation in 2007 Spring CTIA Wireless Exhibition.

INTRINSYC SOFTWARE INTERNATIONAL, Bellevue, Washington State
Asia- Pacific Business Development Manager 2005-2006
Led Asia business development and marketing strategy of new Soleus-branded feature phone software platform based on Windows Embedded CE core kernel OS (Microsoft) and targeted for Greater China/Asian handset manufacturers. Developed and executed on sales engagements into Greater China for customer engagements and to deliver public speaking presentations at various trade shows and conferences. Uncovered market intelligence and analysis on handset manufacturers and market trends. Used Asian business and language skill set to obtain first major handset customer (Wistron). Account/business development manager for wireless handset (embedded) internal antenna technology designer/exporter in Silicon Valley. Account Manager on project with Toshiba and Arima Com (Taiwan ODM) for the design of an internal antenna into an I-Mode handset. Operated out of Seattle office, traveling monthly to Silicon Valley and Asia. Secured first OEM supply contract for internal antenna, resulting in US$300K in sales. Generated strategic relationship with Microsoft for reference design mobile device project. Developed strong ODM/OBM relationships with handset vendors. Developed successful Chinese branding strategy for company logo and documentation. Established Taiwan sales agent; generated 6 major new OEM/ODM handset projects (Company was liquidated due to under funding in 2003).

International Sales/Marketing Manager 1999-2002
Managed strategic market development programs for network of Asia-based sales representatives and distributors appointed to promote “Leviton” brand of Cat. 5/6 jacks and fiber optics connector products into tier one (China, India, Korea, Japan) Asia-Pacific regional markets as well as direct sales into secondary tier two market channels with travel to the region. Created successful Year 2001 Asia-Pacific marketing strategy and budget forecast. Established first China Sales Representative and office. Implemented successful six-city product seminar “Road Show” in Southern India with joint marketing partner (Finolex Cables Ltd.) for connectivity products. Asia- Pacific Sales Engineer (1993-1998) Increased overall sales of wireless equipment into Asian markets by 30% each year over four year period in declining analog markets and expanded business growth into all four corners of Asia. Negotiated with and managed top OEM account in India, managed sales of 1.1 million dollars for fiscal 1997~98. Increased dispatch console business in Southeast Asia for Zetron by 25% in 1997 Secured government infrastructure project tenders in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia and China.

DIGICOM, INC. Export Sales Manager-Taiwan (1985-1992) Sold microcomputer mainboards to global markets. Accomplished 1989 and 1990 top sales record in Sales Dept. (US$3.5 & US$2.5 million), representing 26% and 13.5% of total sales volume. Captured strategic OEM accounts through market development trips.
