RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
EW Systems Instructor

• Spearheaded the receipt and installation of $6M worth of equipment, which increased the range of student qualification by 20 percent
• Secured replacement of $7K of damaged/shortage of assets from AF Level item manager, resulted in zero replacement cost to squadron/base
• Developed over 150 hours of curriculum for new supplemental course, which enabled the qualification of over 40 AF personnel a year and saving the AF $30K in retraining costs
• Aligned over 100 hours of classroom material, which structured squadron’s first station plans and reduced reproduction materials cost by 40 percent

EW Craftsman/Technician/Shift Supervisor

• Supervised the critical transfer of $16M of EW equipment with Spangdahlem AB reducing the Non Mission Capable rate by 35 percent
• Managed shifts of 15-20 personnel for over 6 months maintaining 37 EW pods and a fully mission capable rate of 90 percent, which was 5 percent above the AF standard
• Processed 16 Product Quality Deficiency Reports saving $130K in replacement costs for the 31 Fighter Wing
