We are a growing company located in beautiful Southern Oregon.Requirements: • BSEE or equivalent experience • Familiar with: o RF simulation tools o Spectrum analyzers o Network analyzers o RF generators o RF power meters o Other misc. RF test equipment Experience in the following areas o Narrow and wideband FM o SSB o Digital transmission o IQ modulators and demodulators o Superhetrodyne design o PLL and DDS synthesis o Oscillator design o LNA design o RF amplifier design o Antenna design o RF filter design o Digital signal processing (DSP) Note: Possess working knowledge in order to interface with DSP design Must be familiar with: o Noise figure o IP2 and IP3 o P1 compression o S Parameters o PCB modeling and layout effects o Phase noise o Spurious responses o Dynamic range Must be comfortable designing with: o RF integrated circuits o Discrete RF components, including bipolar and FET devices o RF modules and assemblies • Device Matching • Optimizing Phase Locked Loops for minimum phase noise • Signal Integrity Must work well in an integrated team environment Our employees enjoy a generous benefit package including Health & Dental insurance, 401k, Profit Sharing, LT Disability and Life insurance.
