Ensure full understanding of customers’ applications and ensure customers fully understand benefits of Tektronix proposal. Be fully competent to demonstrate all relevant RTSA products. Use internal IS systems to capture customer facing activities and needs. Ensure ability to understand and present Tektronix company overview to customer groups at any level. Complete all required reports promptly and accurately as required by Management. Continually develop personal knowledge of the market by scanning competition, technology and products by personal study as well as formal training. Gather market information including competitor activity, and report to management and the product line. This position will be a primary conduit back to the PL for market requirements.
