Sand 9 is located in the heart of Boston and offers a fun and collaborative atmosphere while developing cutting-edge technology. | Senior RF Test Engineer Responsibilities: Perform thorough characterization of individual RF components and test structures in support of product design organization (800 MHz to 3 GHz) Design, develop, program, and maintain automated electrical and environmental test systems to be used in the development and production of RF components Collaborate with RF component design organization for Design for Test Specify and develop required software and hardware Document operational scenarios, test plans, test procedures and test reports Train other team members on the use of the stations
Candidate Qualifications: Expertise in RF test development RF test parameters and methods (800 MHz to 3 GHz) Knowledge of RF circuit fundamentals High throughput testing systems Programming and test automation software Wafer level testing
7+ years experience in industry Knowledge of NEMS/MEMS RF device characterization desirable Track record of RF testing of products released to production BS, MS or equivalent industry experience

We will contact you to schedule an initial interview. | RF Design Engineer Responsibilities: All aspects of RF circuit design, simulation, layout, and characterization in three dimensional circuit media Model current / voltage responses and electro-magnetic field interactions of complex physical structures within embedded environment Participate in characterization and feedback process for both spice model and circuit response refinement
Candidate Qualifications: Expertise in ADS, HFSS, and simulation and silicon layout tools required General knowledge of systems engineering for current wireless systems desirable RF MEMs design experience desirable Successful project history in mm wave designs or RF module environments MSEE or equivalent experience
