Salvador's cameras continually define new industry standards in speed, resolution and scientific image quality. Our offering of high-speed, low- noise digital camera products is frequently accomplished with sophisticated multi-output designs which, in some cases, provide composite video rates in excess of 1 GHz. Applications for Salvador cameras range from semiconductor, printed circuit-board and flat-panel inspection to medical imaging, laser-beam profiling and ballistic imaging. | | Digital Design Engineers – BSEE to design new products in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must possess strong fundamental logic design skills from concept to implementation and have demonstrated good troubleshooting skills. FPGA implementations including board design, VHDL/Verilog, and verification (functional, timing) required. Microprocessor and image processing experience desired. US citizenship required. | | Analog Design Engineers – BSEE to design new products in a fast-paced environment. Candidate should possess strong fundamental skills in systems, systematic debug, low-noise and high frequency design. They should be able to do their own layout (Altium preferred) and have sufficient physics background that they can understand photon statistics, dark current etc. US citizenship required. | | Applications Engineer – Individual will be responsible for integration of frame grabbers, testing of cameras for demonstration, support of customers in the field from a technical point of view. This person needs to be good with people, computer literate, a quick learner and available to handle support issues at any time. Technical writing and document preparation experience would be beneficial to help with manuals, app notes and engineering documentation. Must be willing to travel. BS in physical sciences or engineering preferred. Minimum 3 years industry experience required. US citizenship required. | | Document Control – This position will be responsible for maintaining engineering and manufacturing documentation and the document control system. Candidate must have experience in ISO 9001 environment. Experience in engineering changes, document release, and government contracts are required. This person needs to be good with people, possess a variety of computer skills, and a basic understanding of technical disciplines. US citizenship required. | | Engineering Technician – This person will work under the direction of senior electrical engineers and will assist in taking test data, performing circuit board layout and debug, completing engineering documentation, building electrical test stations. Demonstrated experience in operation and troubleshooting of electronics equipment is required. Must be computer literate. Minimum AA in electrical engineering. Minimum 3 years industry experience.
