Multiple Process Technologies

We lead the market in manufacturing gallium arsenide heterojunction bipolar transistor (GaAs HBT) semiconductors, which offer better performance at a competitive cost than conventional silicon-based semiconductors - making them ideal for certain wireless communications applications. In addition to GaAs HBT, we also specialize in silicon germanium, silicon CMOS, silicon BiCMOS, GaAs MESFET, InGaP HBT, InGaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT process technologies that address a wide range of applications.

Since our inception, we have grown from a small design shop into a global leader in wireless technology and proven world-class component supplier. We provide the world's leading wireless manufacturers the critical components that enable wireless devices to transmit and receive signals. Essentially, we help the world's communications devices communicate.

RFMDฎ employees keep the company competitive and play a key role in the company’s growth and development. We empower our employees to develop their abilities and talents to inspire growth that benefits both the person and the company.

RFMD provides employees a competitive salary and total compensation and benefits package.

If you have what it takes – desire, innovation, dedication – to keep RFMD competitive in the dynamic wireless communications industry, then we would like to hear from you.
