Modelithics COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight Technologies' PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS) Tampa, Florida (April 19, 2022) – Modelithics is pleased to announce the release of the latest version, v22.1, of the Modelithics COMPLETE Library for use with Keysight Technologies' PathWave Advanced Design System (ADS). This version adds a total of 26 new models for various components to the Modelithics COMPLETE Library. With these new additions, the Modelithics COMPLETE Library now includes over 825 models that represent over 25,000 passive and active RF/microwave components. This collection of simulation models comprises surface-mount RLC components, diodes, transistors, amplifiers, attenuators, filters, couplers, and other components. Version 22.1 adds new scalable Microwave Global Models™ to the Modelithics COMPLETE Library, including models for the 0201HL inductor series from Coilcraft, the 08051C capacitor series from Kyocera-AVX, and the CBR04 and CBR06 automotive series from KEMET. Also included are new models for the A60S, A60F, and A80B capacitor series from AMOTECH and the CQ0201, CQ0402, AQ0402, CQ0603, and AQ0603 capacitor series from Yageo. New models are also included for Smiths Interconnect's CT0404ALN1WB1, CT0404ALN2WB1, and CT0603ALN1SMTF resistors and TSX attenuator series. In terms of active components, v22.1 adds new models for the BAS52-02V and BAS3010S-02LRH Schottky diodes from Infineon.
