Tampa, Florida (March 1, 2021) – Modelithics is honored to announce that it has crossed another milestone in the history of the company. As of March 1, 2021, Modelithics, will be celebrating 20 years of establishment. What began as a small spinout startup from the University of South Florida has risen to stand tall as the industry leader in RF, microwave and millimeter-wave measurements and measurement-based modeling of RF and microwave components and semiconductor devices. We are proud of our company's many innovative products, custom service projects, designer focused application notes and other accomplishments that have proven to be exceptionally productive for our customers.

Modelithics has become the industry leader in providing high quality custom modeling and measurement services for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave electronic devices. Since 2001, Modelithics has provided precision measurement and modeling services with unmatched accuracy. Modelithics has set a standard for excellence in RF/MW model development and support. Modelithics' unsurpassed characterization and modeling services for passive and active devices include GaN, GaAs, full-wave 3D EM analysis-based modeling, S-Parameters, noise, load-/source-pull measurements, DC and pulsed IV measurements and more!

Through the years, Modelithics has grown the COMPLETE Library™ to contain over 775 highly scalable models, including substrate-scalable Microwave Global Models™ , accurate data-based behavioral models and non-linear models representing over 22,000 passive and active components from 70 of today's popular vendors. The Modelithics COMPLETE Library has become an indispensable collection of simulation models for all types of passive and active RF & microwave devices engineered to enable designers to go from concept to product faster and easier. Modelithics has also developed the COMPLETE+3D Library, which includes an extensive collection of CLR component models, plus a collection of over 300 3D Geometry models. Over the years Modelithics has also expanded its model compatibility for 6 of today's leading EDA simulation software tools, with additional simulators compatibility on the horizon.
