Planar Monolithic Industries (PMI) recently introduced seven - count 'em, 7 - new products in their extensive line of RF and microwave components. Included are a successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA) for 0.1 to 2.0 GHz; a 18 GHz, 12-BIT, vector phase shifter; a 5-channel switched filter bank for 100 MHz - 18.0 GHz; a SP16T, absorptive pin diode switch for 0.1 to 20.0 GHz; a 2-channel switch filter bank; an SDLVA that operates at 200 - 2500 MHz; and a 7-way power divider for range 328 - 335.5 MHz. PMI Model No. SDLVA-0120-70-100M2G-10DBM SDLVA - RF CafePMI model SDLVA-0120-70-100M2G-10DBM is a successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA) that operates between the 0.1 to 2.0 GHz frequency range. it has a dynamic range of 70 dB minimum and a TSS of -65 dBm. This unit offers a maximum rise time of 25 ns and a fall time of 30 ns. This model provides a limited IF output of +10 dBm typically. PMI Model No. 6SFB-HF-CC-100M18G-MAH-RX-TX - RF CafePMI Model No. 6SFB-HF-CC-100M18G-MAH-RX-TX is an integrated module containing two 5-Channel Switched Filter Bank covering 100 MHz to 18.0 GHz. A lossless receive switched filter band and a lossless transmit switched filter bank allow 1 of 5 filter paths to be chosen. Both filter banks can be used simultaneously in different bands. Other specifications Control Logic 3.3V TTL, Input Power +12 V, -12 V, +5 V, +3.3 V and Operating Temperature -40 ºC to +85 ºC. PMI Model No. P16T-100M20G-60-T-512-SFF-DEC - RF CafePMI Model No. P16T-100M20G-60-T-512-SFF-DEC is a single pole, sixteen throw, absorptive pin diode switch that operates from 0.1 to 20.0 GHz. This model has a typical insertion loss of 85 dB and 60 dB of isolation. It operates at 20 dBm CW and is controlled with 4-Bit decoded TTL logic. Other features include removable SMA connectors, +5 VDC @ 750 mA Max, gold plated finish and 8.0" x 3.0" x 0.65" package size.

PMI Model No. 2SFB-8G26G-CD-SFF - RF CafePMI Model No. 2SFB-8G26G-CD-SFF is a 2-channel switch filter bank providing a low-pass filter that passes 8.62 to 8.70 GHz with a rejection band of 17.24 to 17.4 GHz. In by-pass mode the unit passes signals from 8.0 to 26.5 GHz. This unit is powered by a +5 V single supply and the control logic is TTL/CMOS +5 V compatible. Other specifications include Input RF Power Level (No Damage) +20 dBm CW Max (powered and unpowered), Input IP3 (pin = -10 dBm, DF = 2 MHz) +27 dBm Max, +32 dBm Typ, and Switching Speed 100 ns Max - Measured <100 ns.  RF Input / Output SMA (F) removable connectors and package size 1.5" x 0.8" x 0.5".

PMI Model No. SDLVA-0120-70-0225 - RF CafePMI Model No. SDLVA-0120-70-0225 is a Successive Detection Log Video Amplifier (SDLVA) that operates over the 200 to 2500 MHz frequency range and has a dynamic range of 65 dB, a TSS of -65 dBm typical and a nominal video bandwidth of 20 MHz. It is designed using cutting edge GaAs technology which provides stunning performance and reliability in a compact package making it an optimum solution for high speed channelized receiver applications. Specifications include VSWR of 2.0:1 Max - (1.5:1 Typ) - Measured 1.3:1; Input Power of +10 dBm, +15 dBm Typ: SMA female connectors and power requirements are +12 to +15 V @ 100 mA, -12 to -15 V @ 190 mA. Unit size is 3.75 " x 1.50 " x 0.40".

PMI Model No. APD-7-328M335R5M-TNC - RF CafePMI Model No. APD-7-328M335R5M-TNC is a 7-way power divider that operates over the frequency range 328 to 335.5 MHz.
