Its small form factor coupled with its high power density make this amplifier a versatile solution for UAVs of any size. This amplifier has been field proven to provide a UAV with over 120 kilometers of data link distance.

TTRM1116 electrical specifications - RF CafeThis class AB GaN module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package.

Features: Over / under / reverse voltage protection, Manual gain control, +9 V to +36 V input voltage range, Internal bypass relay, Received signal strength indicator output.
