TTRM1081 - 1.3-1.4 GHz, 30 W Bi-Directional SSPA
July 20, 2017: Triad RF Systems announces the availability of their TTRM1081, an L-Band bi-directional SSPA suitable for high data-rate wireless links. Applications include UAVs and military mesh networks. Rx noise figure is approximately 1.3 dB and Tx/Rx switching speed is 1 μS.
This class AB LDMOS module is designed for both military and commercial applications. It is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. The latest device technologies and design methods are employed to offer high power density, efficiency, and linearity in a small, lightweight package.
Features: Manual or automatic Tx/Rx switching available, auto gain control, and optional heatsink.
