Mini-Circuits announces the
availability of four new devices in its lineup of RF and microwave components. Included
are an extra-long-life absorptive electromechanical SP4T switch for DC to 18 GHz, a 2.4 mm (female to
male) adapter covers DC to 50 GHz for industry-leading value, a surface-mount bandpass filter
for 95 to 105 MHz with excellent selectivity, and an ultra-high dynamic range MMIC amplifier
providing +46.1 dBm IP3 from 0.03 to 2.7 GHz.
Extra-Long Life Absorptive Electromechanical SP4T Switch, DC to 18
GHz
Mini-Circuits™ MSP4TA-18D+ is an ultra-reliable, rugged-duty,
absorptive fail-safe SP4T switch, designed in break-before-make configuration, with D-Sub
DC control connection. The switch operates from DC to 18 GHz and offers extremely long switch
life up to 10 million cycles. Powered by +24VDC, this model has a typical switching speed
of 20ms, insertion loss of 0.2 dB and high isolation of 90 dB. The MSP4TA-18D+ is suitable
for use across a wide range of applications, including switching for automated test equipment
and redundancy switching.
2.4mm (Female to Male) Adapter Covers DC to 50 GHz for Industry-Leading
Value
Mini-Circuits™ 24F-24M+ 2.4mm-Female to 2.4mm-Male adapter
expands our portfolio of products in the 40 and 50 GHz range to give you more options and
more capabilities. This model provides 0.12 dB insertion loss with very flat response across
the DC to 50 GHz range and 1.06:1 typical VSWR up to 50 GHz. The unit features passivated
stainless steel construction and measures only 0.72(l) x 0.36(dia.). Mini-Circuits now offers
50 GHz 2.4mm adapters in a variety of gender configurations, all offering industry-leading
performance and value.
Surface-Mount Bandpass Filter Passes 95 to 105 MHz with Excellent
Selectivity
BPF-F100+ is a surface-mount bandpass filter with a passband
from 95 to 105 MHz. This model provides narrow bandwidth with outstanding selectivity, offering
40 dB rejection or greater within 10 MHz of the passband cut-off. It is capable of handling
up to 1W RF input power and achieves 5 dB insertion loss in the passband. The filter uses
miniature, high-Q capacitors and wire-welded inductors for high reliability, repeatable performance,
and excellent thermal stability. It comes housed in shielded, 18-lead surface-mount package
measuring 0.73 x 1.36 x 0.35 with wraparound terminations for excellent solderability.
Ultra-High Dynamic Range MMIC Amplifier Provides +46.1 dBm IP3 from
0.03 to 2.7 GHz
PHA-202+ is an ultra-high dynamic range MMIC amplifier
supporting a wide range of applications from 0.03 to 2.7 GHz without the need for any external
matching components. This model operates on a single +11 dBm supply and provides +46.1 dBm
IP3, +30.4 dBm P1dB, 17 dB gain, and input/output return loss of better than 15 dB across
its entire frequency range. Fabricated with E-PHEMT technology, the amplifier has highly repeatable
performance from lot to lot and comes housed in a 5x6mm, 8-pad MCLP package with excellent
thermal performance.
