PMI's New Reflective, High Speed, Single Pole Single Throw Switch is capable of switching within 50 ns maximum. The frequency range is 8.0 to 12.0 GHz. This switch has >70 dB isolation. SMA Female Connectors and package size: 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5"
PMI Model No. PMSN-3DT-05-DEC-MP-OPT600M6G is an absorptive, single pole, three throw, pin diode switch that operates over the 0.6 to 6.0 GHz (0.5 to 18 GHz available) frequency range. This model incorporates a TTL compatible driver for easy system integration. Contains a 9 Pin Micro D Male power and control Connector (Mating female connector supplied), SMA female Connectors and has a package size of 2.0" x 1.5" x 0.4".
PMI's Absorptive, High Speed, Single Pole Three Throw Switch capable of switching within 100 ns maximum. The frequency range is 1.0 to 2.0 GHz. This switch has > 60 dB isolation. Contains SMA female connectors and has a package size of 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.4".
PMI Model No. P4T-100M50G-100-T-RD is an Absorptive, SP4T Pin Diode Switch that operates over 0.1 to 50.0 GHz frequency range. Features low insertion loss, high isolation in a slimline package and a TTL compatible driver for ease of system integration. Contains 2.4 mm female connectors and has a package size of 1.25" x 1.25" x 0.40".
This PMI Model is a high speed, single pole, eight throw, absorptive switch capable of switching within 50 nsec. The frequency range is 0.5 to 40.0 GHz and has over 45 dB of isolation. This switch is supplied with removable 292 mm female connectors and measures 4.0" x 1.5" x 0.4".
PMI Model No. PE2-45-8G12G-2R0-12-SFF is Low Noise Amplifier designed for military and industrial applications. This amplifier is supplied in our standard PE2 housing that can be used as an SMA connectorized or a surface mount component. Other packages and connector types are available.
