Its primary purpose was to provide me with ready access to commonly needed formulas and reference material while performing my work as an RF system and circuit design engineer. PMI Model No. PEC-53-12-10-15-SFF is a 1.0 to 2.0 GHz Low Noise Amplifier. This amplifier has a minimum gain of 53 dB with ±0.75 dB flatness, OP1dB of +16 dBm minimum and a noise figure of 0.7 dB typical. Other feature include IN/OUT VSWR of 1:5:1, operates using +12 to +15 VDC @ 450 mA (measured @ 253 mA) and SMA female connectors.
PMI Model No. P4T-100M50G-100-T-RD is an Absorptive, SP4T PIN Diode Switch operates over 0.1 to 50.0 GHz. Features low insertion loss, high isolation in a slimline package and a TTL compatible driver for ease of system integration. Specifications include Insertion loss, 5 dB @ 18 GHz to 14 dB @ 50 GHz, Isolation of 80 dB @ 50 GHz, switching speed of 50 ns max, Input Power 20 dBm CW max and operates using ±5 VDC supplies current draw of 200 mA max and SMA female connectors.
