20.0 MHz to 6.0 GHz, 20.0 MHz to 6.0 GHz, Single Pole, Eight Throw, Reflective Switch
PMI Model No. P8T-20M6G-80-R-515-SFF is a single pole, eight throw, reflective switch module with low insertion loss, high isolation and an integral decoded 3-bit TTL driver designed for 20 MHz to 6.0 GHz operation. The unit has a maximum switching speed of 250 ns and maximum operating power of 23 dBm CW max.
2.0 to 18.0 GHz, 8-Bit Digitally Controlled Phase Shifter
PMI Model No. PS-255-2G18G-8B-SFF is a 2.0 to 18.0 GHz 8 Bit Digitally Controlled Phase Shifter with capability for phase shifting from 0° of 255° with resolution as fine as 1.0°. This unit has a typical insertion loss of 18 dB and a typical VSWR of 2.5:1. The DC Voltage requirement is +12 V to +15 V with typical current draw of 200 mA. This limiter is supplied on a surface mount / drop-in carrier that measures 0.198" x 0.270" x 0.016".
3.1 to 3.5 GHz, 4-Way Power Divider Module
PMI Model No. APD-4-3D13D5-40W-SFF is a 3.1 GHz to 3.5 GHz 4-Way Power Divider that offers maximum insertion loss of 0.45 dB with 23 dB minimum port to port isolation. This power divider is port to port phase matched within ±2°. Field removable SMA female connectors are offered in a housing measuring 2.56" x 1.77" x 0.44".
