PMI Model No. PS-90-2040 Opt HS15NS is a Miniature, 0 to 180 Degree Bi-Phase Modulator/Phase Shifter with TTL control logic (ECL logic available) operating over a frequency range of 2.0 to 4.0 GHz with a maximum insertion loss of 2.5 dB and VSWR better than 2.0:1. This model provides two phase states, namely 0 degrees and 180 degrees and is controlled via single line TTL. The phase state is switched in 15 ns or less and can handle input power levels up to 0.5 watt CW, 1 us pulse width. DC voltage requirement is +5 and -5. This unit is supplied in a package measuring 1.00" x 1.00" x 0.50".
