This latest offering, "EDA Software Design Flow Considerations for the RF/Microwave Module Designer," outlines the steps for implementing an integrated design flow within the Microwave Office® design suite for an MCM microwave monolithic integrated circuit (MMIC) design.
 
This white paper is a follow on to "RF/Microwave EDA Software Design Flow Considerations for PA MMIC Design," which examines GaAs pHEMT PA design approach from a systems perspective. The PA design flow and its essential features is illustrated through the design of a Class A GaAs pHEMT MMIC PA using AWR’s Microwave Office high-frequency design software.
